Tasting Notes:
Lively and bright colour, intense aroma with notes of red fruit and fresh herbs, spices and aromas of earth, with a smoky and very well integrated mineral notes. Great freshness and intensity, volume and good structure, plenty of fruit and a very long end of mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats or as an aperitif.
