It shows a classic Dão profile right in the aromatic profile, forest and pine, balsamic, vegetables, the hidden fruit. In the mouth it perfectly combines character and elegance, with beautiful tannins served by excellent acidity, a lot of freshness in the long, firm, convincing and personalized finish. A great wine, of race and terroir.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
