Product details
The vineyard is located in schist terrains with very stony and excellent exposure. The different varieties are planted plots, thus allowing a perfect accompaniment. Hand harvested in small boxes. Stalk total. Slight maceration. Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats. Stage on fine lees with regular bâtonnage until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Cherry red colour. Aroma with good intensity which brings out the fresh red fruit and strawberries. Creamy palate with good acidity, balanced aromas and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature between 10 º C and 12 º C.
Food Pairing:
Accompaniment to light fish dishes or white meats, salads, or even before a meal as an appetizer.
