Product details

Winemaking:
Slight cold skin contact, pressing and exhaustion. Fermentation at 15/16 º C. Staging for 3 months in stainless steel vats and 2 months in bottle.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz

Tasting Notes:
Rosé colour. Vinous fruity aroma and intense. Soft and delicate flavour with a lingering finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8 to 10º C.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with aperitifs, white meats and codfish courses.
