Tasting Notes:
Very definite yellow colour. Clean and shiny aspect. Contains citrus fruit aromas well connected and some tropical, floral notes. The palate is full bodied, with some greasiness, balanced acidity and well placed fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 11-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy well chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, seafood and white meat dishes.
