Winemaking:
Created from our best selection of Encruzado grapes. The grapes were subjected to a process of total destemming followed by crushing and soft pressing. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature between 12ºC and 14ºC in order to preserve the varietal expression. Aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels, with periodic bâtonnage, for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Aromatically complex, with elegant notes of orange blossom, lime and vanilla, resulting from its barrel aging. On the palate, it reveals a creamy and enveloping texture, with notes of citrus fruits and a well-balanced acidity that highlights its freshness and minerality. It has a long and persistent finish. Its complexity gives it great gastronomic versatility and excellent potential for aging in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
