This jam is made with cherry from Fundão IGP. Cherries of firm and fleshy consistency flavoured with the brandy of unique aroma and flavour, resulting from the distillation of the Arinto, Periquita, Trincadeira and Fernão Pires grapes in oak barrels for several years, make this sweet unique, daring and refined. Ingredients: Fundão cherry, sugar, brandy, citrus pectin and lemon juice. May contain sulphites. No additives.

Storage:
Store at room temperature, free of moisture, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or product changes. Store in the fridge after opening.
Perfect Serve:
The characteristics of this jam make it an ideal accompaniment to cheeses, Cheese from the Island of S. Jorge, Azores (DOP), Castelo Branco Fresh Cheese, “Beato de Tábara” Cheese, “Asiago” Cheese (DOP). Good topping for ice cream, cheesecake and waffles. You can also accompany a breakfast or snack with scones.
