Tasting Notes:
Salmon-colored wine with very young and fresh red fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and persistent, showing a good balance between natural acidity and some softness. The mineral character of the Region is very present in the freshness of the wine combined with a light natural sweetness at the end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
To consume young. Serve chilled as an appetizer or with fish, seafood or white meat.
