Wine made from red grapes, the intensity of the colour and structure depends entirely on the length of time the skins are in contact with the liquid, as these components are found in the skins.

Touriga Nacional,Jaen,Alfrocheiro,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Very intense, beautiful ruby colour, when shaken some violet touches. On the palate it's light, less fruit than on the aroma, the hazelnut yet to be confirmed. Very short end and a lot of acidity that leaves a lot to be desired.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 9 and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Best served as an aperitif. Also an ideal match with Japanese food, shellfish and salads.
