Touriga Nacional and Petit Verdot grapes were vinified separately. After destemming, they are lightly crushed and transferred to stainless steel vats where fermentation occurs with prolonged maceration for 15 days. The must undergoes fermentation with temperature control at about 25-27ºC.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby Intense. From these two varieties comes a seductive wine. Violet aromas of Touriga variety, combined with red fruit notes of Petit Verdot and French oak vanilla to provide moments of rare pleasure. It is very soft, full-bodied, harmonious and elegant. It has a long and soft finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 16-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with cheese, red meat, game and pasta.
