Careful vine management to enhance all the fruit potential. Handpicked grapes into 20 Kg cases followed by exhausted selection of bunches in the cellar. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in concrete deposits for 14 days, using only indigenous yeast, followed by malolactic fermentation and 9 months ageing in second year French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Opaque garnet colour. Intense aroma of black currant and truffle, in perfect harmony with spicy notes of tobacco, coffee and dark chocolate. Fruit intense. Bulky, refined and silky tannins. Elegant aftertaste intense and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
