Second batch of this variety, from the Ribeiro Real project. To create this blend, I selected our best wines from the Boal variety aged in our construction warehouses. 7% of Tinta Negra from the years 1950 and 1954 originating from Fazenda do Ribeiro Real were also added.

Tasting Notes:
Amber colour. Minty and fresh bouquet, quite concentrated on the nose. Sweet spice, plum in syrup and ripe black fig. Rustic and full of mouthfeel, with the flavour of quince jam, precise acidity keeping the edges well-smoothed. Very balanced from the beginning to the end of the test. Sweet wine, with a robust and silky finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 14º/16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as a digestive, it goes well with strong cheeses.
