Manual harvest in 25kg boxes. 100% destemming followed by crushing. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 20 and 22ºC - for approximately 8 days.

Tasting Notes:
This wine has a violet color, with aromas of red fruits and some floral notes. In the mouth it is fresh and velvety, with a finish marked by great aromatic intensity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with red meat dishes and strong cheeses.
