Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. In the aroma, it highlights all the freshness of the red and black fruit, with plenty of blackcurrant, blackberry, forest fruits and balsamic notes to give balance to the whole. In the mouth, it is a very powerful wine, with great intensity and structure resulting from aging in barrels where the natural acidity of the wine balances the whole set, transferring to the wine an enormous elegance and finesse.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
