Winemaking:
Grapes from a single harvest are vinified according to the traditional Port wine method. After partial destemming, the grapes are crushed in stone presses. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and is interrupted by the addition of brandy. Aged in large wooden vats, it can be bottled in the second or third year after the harvest.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca,Tinto Cão
Tasting Notes:
Dense ruby, with juicy red fruit, predominantly black cherry. A perception of aromatic freshness accompanies the tasting, with a strong tannic component that balances the acidity, structure and sweetness of the fruit. Enjoyable at the moment, it will benefit from ageing.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, away from direct light. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with cheese and chocolate-based or fruit-based desserts.
