Product details

Winemaking:
This year's batch is made up of seven different lots from the Pinhão valley and one from the Roncão valley. The grapes are crushed by foot in the presses to obtain the must, and then macerated during fermentation to obtain the best possible extraction of aromas, color and tannins. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels.

All these attributes, which highlight the terroir of Vale de Mendiz, have depth and spices, complemented by a delicious perfume that intertwines perfectly with its velvety and luxurious texture.

Store and Serve Advices:
Should be opened two hours before serving and decanted. Serve between 15º and 17º C. Store the bottle in a horizontal position, in a cool, dry and dark place.

Food Pairing:
Drink with cheese like Stilton or Gorgonzola or with deserts based on red fruits or dark chocolate.
