Grapes selected from the vineyard and hand-harvested. Controlled fermentation with prolonged maceration, interrupted by the addition of grape brandy. Rigorously controlled in oak casks through successive tastings until obtaining certification from the Port Wine Institute. A quintessential "Vin de Garde," it continues aging in the bottle for many years until it is ready to be consumed.

Over time, these wines develop sediment in the bottle, so be sure to decant them before serving to fully appreciate their flavors and aromas.
Food Pairing:
Vintage Ports are perfect to serve after a meal, with cheeses like Stilton or Gorgonzola. But you can also incorporate them into a meal, for example by pairing a Steak au Poivre with a young Vintage Port.
