Product details

Winemaking:
After manual harvesting into 20kg boxes, the bunches and berries were selected in the cellar. The grapes were de-stemmed and lightly crushed. The must, in contact with the skins and seeds, fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature (24ºC / 26ºC).

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
A red from Alentejo, delicate and versatile. Excellent company to pair with Italian dishes (pesto sauce, tomato and basil, strong cheeses), sautéed mushrooms (earth, forest), braised poultry meat dishes and dishes with marked spices.
