Product details

Winemaking:
Manual night harvest in 15kg boxes. Vinification by variety, in presses with foot treading. Aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Petit Verdot,Syrah,Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Intense color, complex aromas with notes of ripe black fruit and spices. In the mouth it presents vigorous tannins, polished by the aging in barrels. Long, balanced and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.

Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with red meat dishes and strong cheeses.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
