Product details
The grapes were harvested early to guarantee their natural acidity and freshness. The must obtained was pressed directly, and then subject to careful decanting. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at between 16ºC-18ºC. After fermentation, the wine was stirred on fine lees for 3 months. After this period, a light fining took place, which was followed by cold stabilisation treatment and filtration, prior to bottling.
