Manual harvest into 12 kg boxes. At the winery, the grapes underwent manual selection “grape by grape” on a vibrating sorting table. After a cold skin maceration of 72 hours, the fermentation has occurred in French oak barrels. Aging for 24 months in 500L French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
A deep ruby colour. Balsamic notes with woody, graphite traces in a consistent, mineral and subtle combination, revealing the terroir in which it originated. A multi-dimensional, firm taste marked by the freshness and smoothness of the batch. Excellent storage potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with roasted, slightly caramelized red meat or game with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from “Azeitão” or a traditional “Roquefort”.
