After manual harvesting into 20kg boxes, the bunches and berries were selected in the cellar. The grapes were de-stemmed and lightly crushed. The must, in contact with the skins and seeds, fermented in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature (24ºC / 26ºC).

Tasting Notes:
Wine with a bright ruby color, medium concentration. The aroma is young and vibrant, suggesting fresh red fruits, currants, raspberries and strawberries wrapped in a spicy spicy scent. The mouthfeel is delicate and juicy, with loose and elegant tannin, balanced acidity and a long finish. Very tasty, with immediate appeal.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
The perfume and freshness of this Alentejo red are a good companion for summer barbecues. In addition to grilled meats, a selection of cheeses and sausages are certainly a good complement.
