Total destemming, gentle and prolonged skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26°C. Ageing for 24 months in French oak barrels, 50 per cent new and 50 per cent second use.

Intense ruby colour with brownish nuances. Intense aromas with distinct and elegant tertiary notes. The palate is intense and complex, soft, elegant and harmonious.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed as long as lightly seasoned and well structured.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
