Pre-fermentative cold maceration was carried out for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature, in small stainless steel vats. This was followed by a 90-day post-fermentation maceration. The batch aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by aging in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet coloured wine, with slight nuances of evolution, complex aromas with hints of red fruits, nuances of rockrose, fresh vegetable touch and some spices. In the mouth it has firm but polished tannins, well-integrated and present acidity, excellent volume and breadth, a powerful finish and a complex great balance, ending with a long-lasting and striking finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position. Perfect serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be served with wood-fired oven dishes, game dishes and traditional meat dishes from Alentejo cuisine.
