Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow in color, complex aromatic notes, although with a dominance of ripe fruit, dried fruits and a subtle note of barrel aging. Fat mouth, with volume and firm persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal serving temperature 8 to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be drunk on any occasion, including as an aperitif. It goes particularly well with grilled fish, seafood, salads and exotic cuisine.
