Peach colour and peach flavour, delicate and captivating, also revealing a floral note reminiscent of rose petals. Athletic, crystalline, with great acidity and flavour of pink pepper, hibiscus and also a certain salinity in the aftertaste. An excellent rosé, very long on the finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10ºC.

Acclaimed at the fish and seafood table or with a cheese board.
