Product details

Winemaking:
Octávio Freitas is a Michelin Chef with strong ties to his Madeiran origins. Everything about this wine is a tribute to Madeira. The Chef likes to call this micro-production “wine of the region”, in reference to its location in Calheta, with extreme sun exposure, an altitude of around 100 metres and a proximity of around 200 metres to the sea.

Merlot,Tinta Negra

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 8º and 11º C. Store the bottle in a horizontal position, in a cool, dry and dark place.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with fish dishes in cataplana, stew, game meat, or can simply be taken as an aperitif before a meal.
