Winemaking:
The grapes were crushed and fermented in the Quinta's traditional lagares, where intense and disciplined treading is essential for a good final result. A Colheita is aged in oak casks, with a capacity of 640L, until bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Beautiful amber colour. Very intense and concentrated, this 2009 vintage presents a harmonious aromatic mix of dried fruit and spices. Notes of liquorice mixed with toasted almond and younger fruity flavours. Some citrus notes combined with its freshness and velvety texture, make it a lively and complex wine, wonderful and seductive, with a very long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 9º and 14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Slightly fresh, it expresses all the delicacy and sophistication when combined with desserts based on caramel, dried fruits and spices, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger compote, tarte tatin, crème brûlée and medium intensity cheeses. Despite its age, the freshness remains. Extraordinary wedding with a refreshing tangerine parfait.
