Product details

Winemaking:
Total destemming followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC. Subsequent fermentation in a wine press at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. The grape varieties were vinified separately. 90% of the blend aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. Aged for 18 months in bottle.

Syrah,Touriga Nacional,Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of black fruit, with spicy and smoky notes. Fresh, intense and structured on the palate, with firm tannins.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 17ºC.

Food Pairing:
Meat dishes, spicy fish dishes, cheeses, sausages, chocolate desserts.

Contains sulphites.
