Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Touriga Nacional,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
Stunning aroma with great fineness and elegance of fruit, discreet floral nuances and very well integrated reminiscent of cherry bonbon, bitter cacao and spices. End of mouth with great intensity and refinement.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature around 16ºC-18ºC. It can be drunk after bottling but can also age well in the bottle until 15 to 20 years after the date of harvest.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
