Prepared in an artisanal way with fruit from Portugal, with more than 55% fruit, without added additives or preservatives and with a reduced amount of sugar, maintaining and preserving traditional methods. Ingredients: Blackberry, sugar, nutmeg, hazelnut, citrus pectin and lemon juice.
Tasting Notes:
Blackberries, a fruit with a slightly sweet flavor, produced in the region by certified organic producers, combined with hazelnuts and nutmeg, make this an excellent sweet. Hazelnuts, with a slightly sweet and oily flavor, combine perfectly with blackberries. Nutmeg is a spice with a pungent nutty flavor, which makes this sweet perfect to accompany good cheeses.
Storage:
Store at room temperature, free from humidity, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or alteration of the product. Store in the refrigerator after opening.

Ideal to pair with Castelo Branco Fresh Cheese, Camembert Cheese (PDO), Beira Baixa Cottage Cheese (PDO), Manchego Cheese (PDO). Ideal for spreading on oatmeal cookies, coconut cookies, cashew cookies, chocolate cookies, cereal bread, wholemeal toast, vegan cookies, and for creating cake recipes with chocolate creams. As a topping and filling for healthy pancakes, American pancakes, oat pancakes, banana pancakes, chocolate cakes, red fruit cakes.
