Vinification was carried out by the traditional process, in clay hoists and without temperature control. The ancient way of making the wine was fully respected. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts of the region and without any addition or correction of the musts. The wine aged for two months in a bottle. This wine was not established before bottling so as not to affect its development potential and could create a natural deposit during the stage in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Golden colour from the stage in prolonged contact with the grape peels. Aroma of honey, earthy and mineral notes. Good mouth volume and fresh and creamy finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Contains sulphites.
