Tasting Notes:
Bright ruby color, elegant aromas dominated by small red fruits, cigar smoke, balsamic notes and camphor. In the mouth it presents finely-cut tannins, fine acidity well integrated into the structure. Excellent balance between acidity and tannins, with a long-lasting and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
It is an excellent companion for black pork dishes, grilled or stewed, and its elegance and earthy flavours make it a great partner for mushroom risotto or tagliatelle with truffles, for example.
