Winemaking:
Grapes destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. 12 months aging in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet

Tasting Notes:
Clear, garnet red colour. Warm aroma with jam notes, intense in the mouth, soft, persistent.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16-18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with cheeses and game meat.
