Manual harvest. In the cellar, the grapes were selected from the table of choice, with full destemming and slight crushing of the berry. Fermentation occurred with controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Aging for six months in 500L French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby and concentrated colour. Lush aroma and fruits of the woods. Round tannins and good pronounced mouth volume.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 18°C.

Roasted meat, pasta and game.
