Winemaking:
95% of old vines in a field blend and 5% of Sousão. 20% of the wine aged during 3 years in oak vats and the rest in stainless steel vat.

Elegant nose, combines fresh and intense aromas of black fruits with some notes of spices. In the mouth the flavour of black fruits is supported by very mature tannins and soft, with an intense and long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serving temperature at 15ºC to 16 ºC.

Food Pairing:
It can be appreciated as an aperitif or on any other occasion. Ideal accompaniment to nuts, cheeses or deserts.
