Deep dark ruby colour. Upfront, aromas of black plums, spice and dried herbs, firm and evident tannins and a rich, long finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It has bright acidity, so works well with heavier or fatty cheeses (yes, even brie) but with plenty of fruit to work alongside hard cheese.
