Product details

Winemaking:
Ferment in a press with 30% whole bunch and macerate for 15 days. Aging in barrel where it remains for 1 year.

Grape Varieties:
Bastardo

Tasting Notes:
Delicate aromas with a red fruit character, something earthy, fresh and austere. Presence of this fruity character in the mouth with a high sensation of freshness and elegance. Still with character, dry but precise and textured tannins. Great complexity and enormous potential for aging in the bottle.

Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 17ºC.

Food Pairing:
Wine that goes very well with lamb, veal or octopus roasts.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
