Product details

Winemaking:
Rigorous quality control in the vineyard during the growing season produces healthy fruit that is harvested by hand in 20kg boxes. In order to concentrate the red wines, the juice is bled from the red grapes after destemming, crushing and brief contact with the skins. The must settles for 24 hours at a temperature of 7°C and ferments in steel vats at very low temperatures of 12-14°C. Bottled only after five months, in order to maintain its full aromatic potential.

Grape Varieties:
Merlot,Touriga Nacional,Aragonêz
