Wine slightly pink in color. On the very fresh nose, notes of cherry and raspberry, with a light peppermint finish. In the mouth, plenty of volume, unctuous, with vibrant acidity and a slightly peppery aftertaste.

Recommended serving at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.

Perfect with fresh summer dishes, sushi, sashimi and white meat dishes.
