Winemaking:
Total destemming followed by crushing and pressing, using only the tear must. After pressing, fermentation took place with temperature control at 10/12º C. The wine aged in French and American oak barrels.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes:
Full of life and very aromatic, this is a fresh and very tasty wine with notes of strawberries and wild fruits. With a refreshing acidity and minerality typical of the region.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 10 to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
This is a great wine to drink as an aperitif or to accompany grilled food and salads.

Contains sulphites.
