Winemaking:
Total destemming followed by crushing and pressing. Fermentation in 10,000-liter stainless steel vats with temperature control systems at 18ºC.

Castelão,Camarate,Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes:
Full of life and very aromatic with notes of ripe red fruits. In the tasting, notes of strawberries and blackberries stand out, combining very well with a refreshing acidity and a long, pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany lighter dishes, such as grilled fish, baked fish or seafood dishes.
