Fermentation in a small capacity stainless steel vat at a temperature of 26ºC, after total destemming. Aging in 225L French and American oak barrels for 6 months and in bottle for 12 months.

Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional,Syrah
Tasting Notes:
Intense red colour, with a complex aroma of ripe fruit and wood notes. Smooth in the mouth, with striking tannins, good acidity and persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the wine lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
