Tasting Notes:
The care in the preparation of this wine, which brings together the best of the varieties typical of the Douro, allowed to obtain a wine purple opaque, intense aroma of plum and stocky.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18 degrees.
Food Pairing:
Soft cheeses from cow, goat, steak tartar, vegetable lasagne, stewed veal and beef.
