Total destemming of the grapes, 2-day cold pre-fermentative maceration, controlled alcoholic fermentation at 25 ° C, and post-fermentative maceration. Half of the volume aged in stainless steel vats and the other half in American oak and French oak barrels.

Dark ruby colour, good aromatic complexity in which blueberries and blackberry stand out. In the mouth it presents firm, elegant structure, with a fresh and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes very well with dishes of grilled red meats, game and strong cheeses.
