Tasting Notes:
The aroma reveals beautiful fruit, quince, and fragrant peach, with a slight hint of evolution lending complexity. Good volume on the palate, with the fruit always present (some pineapple), and fine acidity balancing the whole.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.

Grilled fish, ceviche, sushi, salads, seafood.
