Product details

Winemaking:
After manual harvesting, the grapes were quickly sent to the cellar, where they were destemmed and gently pressed. The cold clarified must fermented slowly for approximately 2 weeks in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (14ºC / 16ºC).
