Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes:
A ruby-coloured, complex wine with balsamic and spicy notes, red fruit and slight hints of cedar. Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Alicante Franca and Alicante Bouschet, from 25-year-old vines.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 16 to 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Meat dishes, spicy fish dishes, cheeses, sausages.

Contains sulphites.
