Hand picked grapes are totally destemmed and softly crushed. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, with a prolonged maceration, at controlled temperature with frequent plunging of the cap. Finally, it´s partly matured with French oak.

Tasting Notes:
This red blend reveals itself with a rich garnet colour, with red fruit aromas and hints of spices, soft tannins and a long, persistent and well rounded finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature between 15 º C and 17 º C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with spicy grilled and roasted meats, game, and cheeses, among other delicacies.
