Using one of the latest techniques left by the Romans in Alentejo wines, Herdade da Rocha launches a very distinct blend of white grapes from ancient vineyards, due to their fermentation and aging in centenary amphora's, previously handcrafted to obtain the clay notes and so recognize this ancestral method.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Great combination with cod dishes or fish dishes in the oven. Also for white meat dishes.
